Do you manage an office? That’s a full-time job in and of itself, right? What about cleaning the office to make sure it’s not dirty? You might be thinking, “How do I find the right office cleaning service?” Well, there are several things to consider…
Word of Mouth
First, it’s a good idea to ask around to other business owners you know and ask, “Who do you use to clean your office?” They can tell you if they’ve got someone they like and are satisfied with, or if they use a service that doesn’t do a very good job. Furthermore, you can also read online reviews of different cleaning services in your area, and/or ask for references when you are thinking of hiring a particular one.
Next, when trying to find the right office cleaning service, price is an issue. You don’t want to be paying extremely high rates, but you also don’t want low rates whereas they don’t do a good job. Ideally, you want to work with a service that offers “competitive pricing.” They’re not too expensive and they’re not too cheap.
How about flexibility and options? You want to work with a service that’s both flexible and offers service options. They should cater to your needs and have the time to do their job when you want them there– they should fit into your schedule. And, they should offer options, such as Covid-19 sanitizing services. Do you want a one-time cleaning or will you make it a weekly or monthly thing? The service should be able to accommodate your exact needs. They should also have the necessary cleaning products and tools to do their job– and not expect you to supply them.
Finally, consider insurance coverage and licensing– they should be legit to the point where the local or state government licenses them and they carry professional liability insurance “just in case” of damages.
